Investment process


Timely and informed investment process

Our investment process is agile and well informed, driven by our disciplined high response team, with the support of our exceptional and proven investment committee.

Initial Contact

Within a 3 to 4 weeks, we gather high level information with minimal intrusion to management and sellers’ resources, form a preliminary view on valuation and agree transaction parameters with management and sellers, and obtaining the support of our IC.

Due diligence and conclusion phase

Within 4 to 5 weeks, we conduct a seamless risk focused due diligence covering the company’s operations and market, financial, legal and tax matters with a view to obtaining IC approval, while running concurrently on legal agreements and relevant regulatory approvals.
