VO Connect (“VO”) is a national telecommunications service provider which is li- censed by The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA”) with an Individual Electronic Communications Network Service License (“I-ECNS”) and Individual Electronic Communications Service License (“I-ECS”) license. VO specialises in the delivery of licensed last-mile microwave connectivity. It is a whole- sale supplier to large telecommunications and internet services providers (“ISPs”) who in turn service their customers over the VO network.
VO has a national presence covering most of the major metros in South Africa and is expanding into many smaller rural towns. Along with its ability to deliver high- speed wireless communications, it also has multiple interconnects with fibre net- work operators (“FNOs”) to offer fibre services to the market.
