Jas Naidu is the Managing Director of Dynamic Bedding, a role he has held since 2020. A Chartered Accountant (SA) by profession, Jas brings a exceptional track record in strategic leadership, financial management, and business turnarounds in retail sector.

Under his leadership, Dynamic Bedding's store footprint, trading under The Bed Shop brand, has grown from 93 stores to 136 as of June 2025.

Prior to joining Dynamic Bedding, Jas served as Chief Financial Officer of Spitz, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth from R380 million to R1.5 billion in revenue over a ten-year period. His earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at Incolabs and Senior Manager at Standard Bank, each of which deepened his cross-functional expertise and sharpened his commercial acumen.
